Ben Corrigan was born in Salisbury in 1974, and grew up in Wiltshire. He studied English Literature at Sheffield University and has worked as a proofreader, an editorial assistant, and a TV-listings writer and sub-editor. For the MA, he wrote a collection of short stories with the connecting theme of music, particularly cover versions. His writing is influenced by John Fowles, Ian McEwan and Vladimir Nabokov.
